Delivery
DELIVERY is made at the rate and within the time frame of the chosen delivery method.
All orders are processed by the warehouse within 24 working hours.
FOR FRANCE STANDARD
DELIVERY to your home with signature - by Colissimo Delivery within 3 working days from dispatch by the warehouse. Please note that the post office will hold your parcel for 15 days from the date of delivery notification.
COLLECTION FROM A PICK-UP POINT Delivery to the pick-up point within 3 to 8 working days of dispatch from the warehouse. NB: the pick-up point is chosen after payment. Please note that the collection point will hold your parcel for 6 days from the date of notification of its availability.
CLICK & COLLECT You can also collect your order from our shop in Paris, 117 rue de Turenne - 75003. Each week, place your order by midnight on Tuesday and collect it from the following Friday between 11am and 7pm at 117 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris.
Please note that orders placed after midnight on Tuesday will be delivered on the following Friday. Please also note that the option to collect your order via click & collect is separate from availability in store! When an item is pre-ordered, it is not available in store, but you can collect it in store when it becomes available. For your information, we will hold your parcel for one month from the date of notification of its availability.
OUTSIDE THE UK STANDARD DELIVERY to your home with signature – by Colissimo Delivery within 7 to 10 working days from dispatch of the order by the warehouse. EXPRESS DELIVERY to your home with signature – by FEDEX Delivery within 48 working hours from dispatch by the warehouse. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS Personalised items (embroidered initials or any other personalisation) require additional manufacturing time. This adds 5 to 10 working days to the shipping time indicated for your order.
Christmas delivery 🎄: For delivery before 24 December, you can order:
IN FRANCE - Colissimo home delivery or collection point delivery until midnight on 18 December. - Click and Collect until midnight on 19 December.
OUTSIDE FRANCE - Colissimo home delivery or pick-up point delivery until midnight on 15 December. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are shipped the same day - except Fridays, weekends and public holidays. Please note that outside mainland France, customs or import taxes may apply upon receipt of your order, at your expense. Returns
For all returns, please follow this link. Please have your order number and email address ready. Returns are free of charge from France and Europe (excluding the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Denmark) for all products. No sale or discounted items will be accepted for return or exchange. Personalised products – Specific conditions Personalised products are made especially for you. As such: They cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. No returns or refunds will be accepted for these items.

You can then select the item you wish to return and indicate the reasons for the return. You will then receive instructions by email on how to post the return, as well as a return label if your country is eligible*. Please remember to include the delivery note in your parcel containing the items to be returned, to avoid any delays in processing your return.*A prepaid label will be sent to you by email if the return is from France or Europe (excluding Norway, Switzerland, Denmark and Great Britain) and does not concern a mattress. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For your return to be accepted: You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to send us your return request. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the label. They must not have been worn or washed and must be in perfect condition for resale. Returned products will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your parcel by our team.
